Press your soft Body against
a hard metal surface.
Feel the coldness of the
material on your skin.
Stay in this position for a few
moments until the surface
has reached body temperature.
Cross your arms,
press them tightly against your body.
Imagine being completely motionless.
Remain in this position.
Find joy in discipline and restriction.
Cover yourself.
Wrap your body completely
so that even your face is covered
with fabric.
Your field of vision is covered.
he surrounding space is blurred.
Consider this your Save space.
Carry as much weight as possible.
Hold it with your arms in front of your upper body.
Now circle an imaginary point in the middle of the room
until the forces of the body decrease and the weight falls to the floor.
Press your Body against a soft or cozy surface.
Feel the pleasure of comfort and security.
You are standing in a defined space.
The surrounding boundaries bring forth
both suffering and joy.
Imagine you are walking along an imaginary square on the floor.
You walk up and down the edges of the square,
repeating the process several times.
Imagine that you are completely powerless.
Imagine that you have the freedom to escape this automatism.
Look at yourself in the mirror.
You have full control over your body,
your thoughts, your actions.
Now think about it.
Are you under constant self-control
or is a force from outside acting on you?
